Position Overview
The Portfolio Launch Coordinator plays an essential role in getting new partner businesses fully established and operational within the NLPartners ecosystem.
This role is focused on the front-end setup of new companies—including licensing, insurance, registrations, and coordination of key steps in our Equity Partner Program (EPP). You’ll be the person who keeps all the details moving so that when a new business “goes live,” every box is checked.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate business licensing and insurance setup across multiple states and service industries
- Manage documentation and timelines to ensure each new business meets all compliance and registration requirements prior to launch
- Support the launch of new EPP businesses by tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across departments
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Project Managers to ensure each business is ready for operational handoff
- Maintain clear records, databases, and onboarding checklists to create consistent, repeatable launch processes
- Communicate clearly and professionally with business owners, internal teams, and external vendors to move each launch milestone forward
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, licensing, or administrative support
- Experience in home services or multi-location business is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with sharp attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple launch projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using basic project or task management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar)
- Comfortable navigating state and local government websites for licensing, registration, and business filings

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay: $25-30.00 per hour (hourly/non-exempt; eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law)
- Benefits:
- This position does not include employer-sponsored medical, dental, or vision benefits at this time.
- Accrued paid sick leave will be provided in accordance with Washington State law.
- Schedule:
- Full-time role based in Pasco, WA, with a standard weekday schedule. Exact hours will be discussed during the interview process.
