Job Title: Oracle EBS Financials Developer (Contract-to-Hire)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials Developer to join our team in a Contract-to-Hire capacity. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Financials, particularly within the Accounts Receivable (AR) module, and have extensive experience designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise financial applications.

This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient Oracle EBS solutions that support critical accounting and financial operations.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on Oracle EBS Financials development experience, preferably in Oracle EBS R12.2.4 or higher

• Strong experience with Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR) module (required)

• Experience supporting one or more additional Financial modules such as:

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Purchasing (PO)

  • Inventory

• Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL development, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning

• Experience developing and supporting:

  • Custom interfaces

  • Conversions

  • Reports

  • Integrations

  • APIs

  • Concurrent Programs

• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification or equivalent Oracle certification

• Experience with Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, and Oracle Forms/Reports

• Experience integrating Oracle EBS with external applications and third-party systems

• Knowledge of financial business processes and accounting principles

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement Oracle EBS Financials solutions

• Enhance and support Oracle Financial modules with primary focus on Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Develop custom PL/SQL objects, interfaces, reports, and integrations

• Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and data issues

• Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment activities

• Support system upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance efforts

• Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
