Responsibilities
- Conduct a wide range of laboratory techniques including microbiology, histology, molecular biology, and other specialized procedures to support research and development activities.
- Maintain strict adherence to GLP, CGMP, FDA regulations, and laboratory safety protocols to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Perform quality control assessments on samples, reagents, and equipment to uphold high standards of accuracy and reliability.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and other digital tools.
- Support animal physiology studies by preparing samples, managing experimental protocols, and recording observations with veterinary terminology when applicable.
- Assist in microbiological testing, histological preparations, molecular assays, and other laboratory investigations critical to project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research projects, providing technical expertise in laboratory procedures and analysis skills to advance scientific research initiatives.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of GLP, CGMP practices, FDA regulations, and industrial laboratory experience.
- Proficiency in microbiology techniques, histology methods, molecular biology assays, and laboratory procedures.
- Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail to ensure precision in research outcomes.
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology, animal physiology studies, and clinical laboratory practices is a plus.
