We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic RN — available as a 1099 independent contractor or part-time, who is ready to step into a thriving, supportive environment and build something meaningful.

What you will be doing:

• Performing advanced injectable treatments across the full face, neck, and hands — Neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and more
• Conducting comprehensive full-face evaluations and creating personalized treatment plans
• Recommending and selling medical-grade skincare — including SkinBetter Science and Obagi — as part of a complete aesthetic experience
• Performing chemical peels including VI Peel and other advanced skin treatments
• Collaborating with our medical and wellness teams to create a truly integrated client experience
• Educating clients on treatment options, pre and post care, and product recommendations
• Maintaining accurate records in our EMR system in full HIPAA compliance
• Staying at the forefront of aesthetic innovation — we will keep you inspired

• You are not just an injector — you are a partner in our clients' longevity journey
• You will work alongside a team that includes hormone specialists, IV nurses, and longevity-focused providers — making for a truly unique referral and upsell environment
• Our clients are educated, invested, and loyal — they value quality and they come back
• You will have access to next-level aesthetic services including exosomes and PRP for aesthetic use, facial rejuvenation, microneedling, laser treatments, and hair restoration
• Flexible schedule — we work around your life

• Active Tennessee RN license in good standing
• 3 years of hands-on aesthetic experience — injectables, peels, and advanced treatments
• Deep familiarity with Injectables, SkinBetter Science, Obagi, and medical-grade skincare protocols.
• Experience with VI Peel and other chemical peel treatments
• Injectable expertise across the full face, neck, and hands
• A warm, consultative approach — you love building relationships as much as you love the craft
• An established book of business — this is a significant plus and will be recognized in your compensation
• Certification in aesthetics (CANS or equivalent preferred)
• Familiarity with EMR systems

• $45–$50/hour — with bonus potential
• Flexible 1099 or part-time structure
