Join Our Team – Aesthetic Assistant
Urban Elite Rejuvenation & Aesthetics is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Aesthetic Assistant to join our growing wellness and aesthetics team in Murfreesboro, TN.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others feel confident, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional patient care and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the medical aesthetics industry.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with a warm, professional attitude
- Be flexible in working the front desk as well as assisting in the back
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after appointments
- Assist providers during aesthetic and wellness procedures
- Maintain strict infection control and cleanliness standards
- Take and organize before-and-after photographs
- Restock treatment rooms and monitor inventory levels
- Sterilize equipment and prepare supplies
- Assist with client intake
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment instructions
- Support retail sales by educating clients on skincare and wellness products
- Assist with social media content by capturing photos and videos (when appropriate)
- Educate clients on packages, memberships, products, and services
- Perform laundry and general clinic upkeep throughout the day
- Help coordinate patient flow to ensure appointments stay on schedule
- Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
- Assist with special events, educational seminars, and promotional events as needed
Our Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in aesthetics, medical office, dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, cosmetology, or customer service preferred
- CNA, Medical Assistant or similar experience is a plus, but not required
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records
- Team player with a servant's heart and patient-first mindset.

Schedule
- Part-time preferred (Full-time may be considered for the right candidate)
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturday for special events
