Salary: $17.00/hr - Weekly Pay
Host Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
- Manage seating assignments, reservations, and guest wait lists.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Communicate with servers and management to coordinate seating flow and minimize wait times
- Answer guest inquiries about the menu, service times, or hotel amenities.
- Monitor dining room activity to ensure efficient seating and guest satisfaction
- Keep the entrance and host area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of the dining area when needed.
- Support the food and beverage team in maintaining an elevated dining experience.
- Uphold hospitality and service standards at all times.
Host Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a host or guest-facing hospitality role preferred.
- A welcoming and professional attitude with strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the restaurant.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
