We are staffing for Banquet Servers at an elegant and historic property in downtown Atlanta. This venue is known for hosting upscale events, galas, weddings, and conferences, making it a dynamic and exciting place to work. As a Banquet Server, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
START SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST 10AM-4PM
UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS: BLACK SHOES, BLACK SLACKS, AND BLACK BUTTON-UP SHIRT
Pay $16/PER HOUR
Banquet Server Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event plans including table settings, service stations, and decor.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating and service throughout events.
- Serve food and beverages in an efficient, courteous, and timely manner.
- Clear plates, glassware, and flatware between courses and maintain clean tables.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Break down and clean event spaces post-function following property standards.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and positive guest-focused attitude.
Banquet Server Qualifications:
- Previous banquet or catering experience preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
