Next Generation Recruitment & Staffing is looking for reliable, hard-working Stewards to join our team at a top hotel property in Chicago. If you take pride in a clean kitchen and move with purpose, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Wash dishes, glassware, pots & pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
- Keep kitchen, dish pit, and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Support the culinary team by ensuring clean dishware is always ready for service
- Handle trash removal, floor cleaning, and general sanitation duties
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

- Previous stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen experience a plus (not required — we'll train the right person)

- Reliable transportation & dependable attendance
- Must be able to work nights, weekends & holidays as needed
