• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and reported correctly.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing multi-line phone systems effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest relations.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality by demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
