What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Next Generation Physical Therapy?
Seeking a Full Time (Part Time also being considered) Physical Therapist for our private practice. Primary emphasis is outpatient orthopedics, with some sports medicine, neuro, and geriatrics.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is very self Driven, and willing to work as a team to help not only become the best PT they can be and be willing to be involved in decisions regarding clinic growth, community development, and marketing.
We are a small practice, but this opportunity comes with growth potential which could include profit sharing and/or partial ownership opportunities.
Type of schedule can be set by the Therapist regarding 4 day or 5 day work week, with higher priority and BONUS structures given to those willing to work some evenings during the week after 5pm.
Salary Range is negotiable and competitive. Custom pay range can be negotiated based off value the Therapist brings to the company, experience, benefits packages you choose, and hour/work schedule you choose.
Each Therapist has a Base Salary that is negotiated, but hourly BONUS structures are in place for those willing to work in Peak Hours after 5 pm.
