Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Cabot, AR. The Physical Therapist will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapeutic interventions across orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, sports, vestibular, and aquatic specialties. Daily responsibilities include documenting evaluations and progress notes, educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention, and collaborating with other clinical staff to optimize outcomes. The role also involves applying research-based techniques, monitoring patient progress, adjusting plans of care, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and patient-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices in an outpatient setting.
- Proficiency in Rehabilitation techniques, including orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, sports, vestibular, and aquatic therapy.
- Demonstrated skills in Patient Care, including comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and patient education.
- Experience supporting Home Care or home exercise programs to extend rehabilitation beyond the clinic.
- Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Arkansas.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Effective communication, documentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
