We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Client Success Associate to join our growing team. If you thrive on helping others succeed, enjoy problem-solving, and love building relationships, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
• Act as a liaison between clients and customer, ensuring customer satisfaction, engagement, and success with our Client's products/services.
• Present client's products/services to potential their new and existing customer base.
• Be the face of the company while creating a good and memorable first impression.
• Assist with renewals and upsell opportunities.
Who You Are
• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’re a people person who knows how to build trust.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
