This is a volunteer role for an Operations & Automation Specialist (Coach/Client Pairing) at Next Generation Leaders. The specialist will be responsible for overseeing the pairing of coaches and clients, managing operations, and ensuring efficient processes. This includes monitoring and improving automated systems for the pairing process as well as maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. This is a remote role.
