As an entry-level Customer Relations Representative you will be acting as the first line of customer contact for our clients inside major retail stores. The Entry Level Customer Relations Representative will communicate openly, with an enthusiastic and engaging tone, and focus on building a positive brand name for our clients in the East Bay area.
The Customer Relations role will be required to complete training on a range of company standards, including but not limited to: marketing and sales strategies, compliance standards, business operations, inventory management, training and development of others, human resources and territory management Through this role, we not only offer the chance to be a part of our growing company, but also the opportunity to advance your skill sets and professional development.
Entry Level Customer Relations Representative Responsibilities:
- Effectively demonstrate products or services available directly to customers inside major retailers with the goal of increasing brand awareness and driving revenue
- Follow all company, retail partner and client guidelines
- Manage all event displays and inventory
- Attend team meetings and trainings at our office
- Receive further training and development from members of our leadership and management teams to be able to grow within our organization
Requirements of a Customer Relations Representative:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Some college coursework or degree in related field preferred but not required
- Experience working in a fast paced customer facing role preferred
- 0-2 years of experience working in retail, sales, customer service or related role
- Must have a passion for helping others and working in a team environment
- Must be able to commute to our office and events on a daily basis
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
