Key Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Representative
- Initiate customer engagement in retail environments by identifying hydration needs and introducing Primo Water’s refill and exchange solutions.
- Present product features and benefits with clarity, highlighting sustainability, convenience, and long-term value.
- Facilitate service enrollments, promotional bundling, and product exchanges using approved retail workflows and transaction protocols.
- Maintain organized displays, signage, and inventory flow to support campaign visibility and ensure product accessibility.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems to support compliance, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold Primo Water’s standards, store presentation, and a clean, campaign-ready environment.
Minimum Qualifications of the Customer Sales Representative
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in sales, marketing, or communications is preferred.
- Experience in retail sales, product presentation, or promotional outreach—ideally in hydration, sustainability, or consumer goods.
