We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Support / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sunrise, FL.
This position provides administrative and accounting support to the accounting team and includes hands-on assistance with homeowner accounting, document management, and general office administration. Position Details
- Position: Accounting Support / Administrative Assistant
- Location: Sunrise, FL
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining and reviewing homeowner ledgers
- Scan and organize correspondence and financial documents
- Print and prepare checks as directed by the accounting team
- Scan and properly document homeowner payments
- Assist with the preparation and processing of attorney disbursement letters
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
- Support accounting and management teams with special projects and daily tasks
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting or financial processes preferred
- Proficiency with scanning, document management, and office equipment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred
- Previous administrative or accounting support experience preferred
Salary : $18 - $20
