Position Title: Quality Assurance IS Specialist – Oracle Retail POS
Knowledge & Skills
Hands-on experience testing Oracle Retail POS or comparable retail POS platforms.
Knowledge of Oracle Retail Xstore POS, Oracle Customer Engagement (CE), or related Oracle Retail applications is strongly preferred.
Experience testing POS peripherals including barcode scanners, receipt printers, payment terminals, cash drawers, and pin pads.
Knowledge of retail business processes including promotions, returns, exchanges, inventory, and loyalty.
Experience creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test evidence.
Experience with Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, SQL, REST APIs, and Postman is preferred.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum QA methodologies.
Exposure to test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, xUnit, or NUnit is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
4 years of software quality assurance experience.
3 years of retail POS testing experience.
Experience with Oracle Retail POS applications strongly preferred.
Retail industry experience required; ecommerce experience highly desirable.
Experience supporting multiple store locations, production support, and software releases.
Demonstrated knowledge of QA best practices and SDLC.
Salary : $65 - $70
