Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries or escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain and organize office files, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Support administrative team with scheduling appointments, meetings, and other tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to clients.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with service providers as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
