Next Gen Financials is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day office operations by performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and customer service tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries or escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Maintain and organize office files, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support administrative team with scheduling appointments, meetings, and other tasks.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to clients.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with service providers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.60 - $22.60 per hour
