Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Inland Empire of Southern California (Riverside, CA San Bernadino, CA & Las Vegas NV), for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee the sales process, build and maintain relationships with clients, and identify opportunities for business growth in the assigned region. The role also requires conducting market research, delivering product presentations, and managing territory-specific accounts to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven sales ability, relationship building, and account management skills
- Strong understanding of product promotion, strategies for business development, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and reporting tools
- Ability to analyze market trends, research competitors, and identify potential business opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation, positive attitude, and a results-driven approach
- 5 plus years' experience in the flooring industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
