NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time construction Project Coordinator in Little Chute, Wisconsin.
Job Summary
- Supports Construction Services Manager and Project Managers
- Sets-up projects in ERP System
- Enters project plans and change order budgeting
- Monitors schedule with project team
- Prepares, coordinates and maintains RFI, CO and Submittal Logs
- Prepares, reviews, and/or edits correspondence, reports, proposals, project submittals and closeout documents
- Prepares and submits permit applications, inspection reports and requests for change orders
- Performs additional duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
- 1 or more years' experience as a commercial electrical or construction project coordinator
- Proficient PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
- Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of mediums
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles, and drug-test as may be required per federal or client contract, or DOT policy.
