The RoleAs a Brand Ambassador, you’ll work inside Costco engaging shoppers, starting conversations about window and door replacement, and setting free in-home consultations.

Compensation & Rewards- $18.00/hour
- $35 per appointment
- Average earners make $30/hour; Top performers exceed $40/hour
- Unlimited bonus potential based on your performance
- Weekly & monthly additional bonuses
- Bonuses on issued appointments paid every two weeks
- $500 signing bonus after 90 days
- Up to $1,000 referral bonuses
