It blends sales leadership, team management, and operational execution to ensure consistent, high-quality customer engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive direct-to-consumer and assisted retail sales through product demos, customer engagement, and education.
- Brand Presentation & Development: Ensure a professional, engaging, and knowledgeable brand presence across all customer and partner touchpoints.
- Retail Partnership Management: Build relationships with retail teams to improve product knowledge, merchandising compliance, and sell-through.
- Event Strategy & Execution: Execute in-store and market events, including peak seasonal and promotional activations.
- Merchandising Excellence: Maintain visually compelling, brand-compliant displays with accurate pricing and signage.
- Proven success in direct-to-consumer sales and field team leadership
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
- Willingness to travel extensively (80–100%) and work weekends
- Physical capability for event setup and long-duration standing
- Business to Consumer sales experience and passion is a must
- Strong communication skills and a genuine love of people
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently
- Hourly rate commensurate with experience plus performance-based bonus
