Next Chapter Job Placement is recruiting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for multiple full-time opportunities with a growing pediatric therapy organization serving children with autism in the Dearborn and Southgate, Michigan areas.
This organization provides home- and clinic-based ABA services rooted in evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis principles. BCBAs work in a family-centered environment focused on individualized treatment plans and meaningful outcomes for children and their families.
Compensation & Schedule
- $80,000–$95,000 base salary
- Monthly bonus opportunities totaling up to $8,000 annually
- Flexible hybrid schedule with scheduled work-from-home days

BCBA Support
You'll have dedicated operational support so you can focus more of your time on clinical care and your clients.
Support includes:
- Dedicated scheduling team to maintain consistent client schedules
- Quality Control team providing report review, training, and documentation support
- Billing team handling claim submissions and reimbursement processes
- Administrative support, including practicum students, floor support managers, and reception staff
- Dedicated recruiting and training team responsible for Behavior Technician hiring, onboarding, and initial training
- Structured career-development pathway for Behavior Technicians to help build skilled and motivated clinical teams

Qualifications
Candidates should have current BCBA credentials and experience or interest in providing ABA services to children with autism.

Location
Positions are available in Dearborn and Southgate, Michigan. These are hybrid opportunities with scheduled work-from-home days; candidates should be able to work locally as required.
