We are seeking a full-time LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned Hospice patients. Clinical experience is preferred and candidates with Hospice experience are highly desirable.Our hospice patients are located in East LA, Covina, and surrounding areas.Responsibilities:Provide Skilled Nursing Care in a home or facility settingEnsure the appropriate use of meds, DME, and suppliesEducate and support patients, families, and caregiversParticipate in IDT and updating the Plan of CareProvide our patients and families the best care possibleDaily travel is required when workingQualifications:Valid LVN License in CaliforniaOne year or more of experience in either Home Health or Hospice is preferred, but not requiredPrevious experience in a hospice setting is a plusAbility to build rapport with patientsCompassionate and caring demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $45 - $60
