Louisiana First News is looking for a driven, strategic, and collaborative Strategic Account Manager – Digital to join our Baton Rouge sales team.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Account Executives to support new business development, grow existing accounts, and elevate the team's digital expertise. As our lead digital specialist, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Sales Managers and the Director of Sales to help us meet and exceed our digital revenue goals.

As our lead digital specialist, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Sales Managers and the Director of Sales to help us meet and exceed our digital revenue goals.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies that exceed revenue targets.
- Identify high-potential categories and create compelling prospecting approaches for the sales team.
- Conduct client discovery meetings and perform data analysis to provide clear, actionable insights and both short- and long-term digital recommendations.
- Evaluate KPIs, monitor and optimize campaign performance, and communicate results clearly to ensure advertisers receive maximum value.
- Take complex digital strategies and simplify them into concepts clients and AEs can easily understand.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Drive new business efforts and grow existing accounts.
- Support the training and development of sales team members to strengthen their digital knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 3 years of digital sales experience (digital sales management experience a plus).
- Proven experience in digital video strategy, including OTT and CTV.
- Demonstrated success running digital campaigns across display, email, social, audio streaming, search, and more.
- A natural coach and mentor with the ability to identify developmental needs and help others grow.
- Experience with Google Analytics preferred.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to balance the needs of multiple Account Executives and clients with strong attention to detail.
