Regional Excellence Coordinator Role:

The Nexplore Regional Excellence Coordinator (REC) is responsible for the successful on-site implementation of Nexplore’s 60 programs at various sites/schools in a given geographical region. Committed to fostering the joy of learning, the REC provides comprehensive, customer-obsessed service and communication, supporting a team of instructors delivering instruction at local sites. As a dynamic problem solver, they serve as a bridge between the Program Success Manager and all “in the field” stakeholders, including Nexplore instructors, site coordinators, students, families, and the community. Reporting to their respective Program Success Manager (PSM), the REC provides ongoing reports and communication regarding the health of Nexplore programs/operations within their region.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaise, observe, and coach Nexplore Instructors
  • Support the full service cycle of implementing Nexplore’s programs, including:
  • Participating in preliminary call/meeting with the site leadership team (i.e. PSM, site coordinator and any other key stakeholders) to understand the site(s)’ specific learning goals, enrichment needs, and budgetary capacity
  • Oversee the successful implementation of Nexplore’s service solution and program schedule
  • Collaborate with Nexplore’s HR team to staff programs, showing a deep understanding of the availability and work capacity of Nexplore Instructors living in the region
  • Support a team of Nexplore Instructors to implement program(s) and foster the joy of learning
  • Provide proactive and responsive in-person solutions to any issues that may arise during a given program cycle to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction
  • Provide in-person joyful, ongoing support and management of Nexplore Instructors in the region throughout their tenure with Nexplore, including:
  • Conduct site visits to connect with Site Coordinators and Instructors for feedback and support
  • Maintain ongoing communication and support for Nexplore’s Instructors (including a phone call after their first class)
  • Understand Nexplore’s programs comprehensively to be prepared to speak to all stakeholders regarding curriculum, materials, pacing, etc.
  • Manage problem solving issues at the site-level including supporting with substitutions, materials and observations
  • Establish and maintain clear performance indicators to assess and measure Nexplore’s successful program implementation at each of their sites. Performance indicators may include (but are not limited to):
  • Administering pre- and post-tests
  • Conducting onsite visits and class auditing
  • Interviewing site staff and students to ensure experience satisfaction and SEL impact
  • Preparing lesson reports and onsite visit reports submitted to the site coordinator and PSM
  • Facilitating project-based learning review
  • Preparing, administering, collecting, and analyzing feedback forms at the middle and end of a course
  • Requesting a 5-star Google Review from the site coordinator once Nexplore’s service met or exceeded expectations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)
  • 3 years of management/leadership experience (preferably in education)
  • Passion for education and fostering the joy of learning
  • Ability to anticipate and approach all problems with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strategic thinker able to manage competing priorities and interests simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in education (teacher/leader/instructor/etc.) preferred
  • Demonstrate strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience and proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Access to reliable transportation
