Salary: $25/hr - $40/hr Bonus, Commission, Overtime

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our team. As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems. This is a full-time position that requires field service work and driving a company van. Duties include Install, Maintain, and Repair refrigeration systems in Laboratory settings. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems. Repair or replace defective components in refrigeration systems. Test system performance and make necessary adjustments. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Keep accurate records of all work performed. Equipment includes Ultra Low freezers, Environmental Test Chambers and Standard Laboratory Refrigeration.

The ideal candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including maintenance, repair, and calibration of field equipment in various laboratories in the area. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs.

Responsibilities

· Complete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on site

· Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers

· Complete on-site system audits and evaluations

· Practice and adhere to all safety and training

Qualifications

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· 2 years' repairing and maintaining refrigeration systems

· Ability to travel

· Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
