This role is focused exclusively on identifying and securing new clients, generating business opportunities, and expanding our presence in the utility sector. The ideal candidate will drive sales, build new client relationships from the ground up, and provide exceptional service to ensure long-term success. A strong background in sales and client relationship management is essential, with experience in the staffing or utilities industry being highly preferred. Responsibilities: Focus on generating new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and cold calling potential clients in the utility and related industriesIdentify and engage key decision-makers at target companies, presenting Nexiya’s staffing solutions to drive new contractsDevelop and execute strategies to expand Nexiya's client base and increase market shareBuild relationships with potential clients to create long-term partnerships, securing new revenue streamsMeet and exceed sales targets related to new client acquisition and revenue generationTrack and manage sales performance, including new business growth and lead conversion ratesPrepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients and negotiate contracts to close dealsPartner with internal recruitment teams to ensure we have the talent pipeline needed to meet the growing demands of new clientsWork closely with potential clients to understand their specific staffing needs and align solutions with their business goalsStay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to adjust sales strategies accordinglyConduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client segments that Nexiya can serve Education/Experience Requirements: Experience in the staffing industry or related is requiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredMinimum 5 years in business development, sales, or account managementProven experience in business development or sales, with a strong focus on new client acquisitionAbility to generate new leads, close deals, and drive business expansionExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving and consultative selling abilitiesGoal-oriented with a passion for sales and client growthSelf-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiativeStrong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategiesDemonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building profitable client relationshipsAbility to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneouslyGoal-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growthAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamAbility to travel as needed Benefits: Nexiya provides a comprehensive total benefit package that extends beyond the basic salary offering.
