Financial Analyst: II

Client Deadline: Friday 4/3/26 at 5pm PST 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Analyzes and reconciles accounts 
• Prepares and annotates variance reports 
• Works with operating plans to create supporting financial forecasts and budgets 
• Performs research to understand the accounting consequences of alternative approaches 
• Performs financial reporting for the client’s Integrity Management Program 
• Sets up governance and internal controls for costs and expenditures 
• Assists with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting 
• Assists with data and records management in SharePoint 
• Supports cost recovery 
• Perform other job duties as assigned 

Education/Experience Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of experience 
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably with construction or utilities background 
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles 
• Experience presenting financial analysis to management 
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/Word and SharePoint software  
• Working knowledge of popular financial management applications 
• Ability to work independently under limited supervision and with urgency 
• Ability to work in a team environment 
• Must be a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail 
• Strong communication and writing skills 
• Must be able to apply critical thinking skills, analytical skills, and organizational skills 
• Must be able to successfully pass our background screening process 
• Candidate must be eligible to work in the US

Pay Range:  

 
Min: $35/hour 
Max: $42/hour
