Job Title: Registered Nurse
$6,000 sign on bonus for full-time, qualified applicants

Responsibilities:
- Evaluates assigned patients; plans, implements, and documents nursing care.
- Assists physicians during examinations and procedures; administers medications and treatments per policy.
- Assesses resident conditions, responds to clinical needs, and documents care accurately and timely.
Shifts Offered:
- 12 hour shifts offered
- 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am
