Staff Development Coordinator (RN or LPN): Grenada Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

Job Title: Staff Development Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Requirements:

• LPN/LVN license required, RN preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing required.

Responsibilities:

• Designs, plans and provides education programs on all shifts and for all departments.
• Participates in the staff evaluation process by providing attendance records and observation of associate's performance.
• Provides general facility orientation to all new associates and ongoing in-service education.
• Maintains current education records of classes and content of in-services conducted, attendance and performance of facility associates.
• Plans and provides an annual schedule of planned education programs.
