📢 Hiring: Medical Affairs Associate
📍 Location: Santa Monica or El Segundo, CA (Onsite/Hybrid)
We're seeking a Medical Affairs Associate to support expanded access programs, out-of-specification case support, and single-patient IND processes within a fast-paced biotech environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Support expanded access and treatment-use programs
• Coordinate study timelines, documentation, and communications
• Review study-related documents and operational deliverables
• Manage CROs, vendors, and external partners
• Track study milestones, risks, and key metrics
• Support investigator meetings, site initiation visits, and training activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful program execution
🔹 Qualifications:
• BS/BA or RN in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Clinical Research, Clinical Operations, or Medical Affairs
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience working in a regulated clinical research environment
⭐ Preferred:
• Oncology, Hematology, or Cellular Therapy experience
• Experience with Expanded Access Programs and Single-Patient INDs
• Familiarity with iMedidata/RAVE EDC
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines
• Study start-up experience from a Sponsor, CRO, or Clinical Site
