Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Bilingual Quality Control Operations
Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will monitor the production
environment, perform quality inspections, and ensure strict compliance with GMP
standards. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Korean and English to facilitate
smooth communication and reporting with management.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Production Inspection: Assess the production environment and sanitation
conditions before manufacturing begins.
- Compliance: Verify strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- In-Line Quality Testing: Conduct physical inspections and status checks on
products during the production cycle.
- Sampling: Collect and manage product samples for detailed laboratory and
quality analysis.
- Issue Escalation: Immediately detect and report production floor quality defects
or anomalies to leadership.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain, update, and manage accurate quality-
related records and paperwork.
- Post-Production Wrap-up: Inspect the cleanliness and organization of the
production floor after shutdown.
- Photo Reporting: Capture visual evidence of finished products and submit
comprehensive results to the QC Team Lead.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language: Professional fluency in both Korean and English (written and
verbal) is required.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent observational skills, and clear
communication capabilities.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-
paced production environment.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
