What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regulatory Manager position at NEXHR?
We’re currently recruiting a North America Regulatory Manager to lead regulatory activities across the US and Canada, with support for Mexico.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional compliance role. You’ll have the opportunity to shape regulatory strategy, lead a team and influence key business decisions across products, raw materials and customer requirements.
What you will do:
- Lead and develop the North American Regulatory team
- Drive compliance across EPA, TSCA, FIFRA, PMRA, FDA & OSHA
- Own key regulatory programs and compliance strategy
- Support new product & raw material approvals
- Partner with Sales, Procurement, R&D, Operations and senior leadership
- Manage customer regulatory requirements and product documentation
- Own the Intelligence Authoring SDS platform
- Drive continuous improvement across regulatory processes
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related discipline
- 10 years' regulatory experience
- Strong experience within the US chemical regulatory environment
- Detailed knowledge of TSCA & FIFRA
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Strong commercial, organizational and problem-solving skills
