Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representative to generate leads, inspect roofs, and help homeowners navigate the insurance claims process after storm damage. This role is perfect for individuals who are confident, self-driven, and comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to identify potential roofing opportunities
- Knock doors and engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner
- Educate homeowners about storm damage, roofing systems, and repair/replacement options
- Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
- Set appointments for detailed inspections and sales consultations
- Assist homeowners with the insurance claim process when applicable
- Qualifications
- No roofing experience required (sales experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with door-to-door interaction
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for communication and lead tracking
