Role Description
This is a Full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner at NexGen Orthopedics. The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with the medical team to deliver patient-centered care in orthopedic, spine, health, and wellness treatments. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, managing treatment plans, collaborating with the physician on minimally invasive procedures, providing patient education, and monitoring progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Experience or interest in orthopedic, spine, and joint care, especially minimally invasive approaches
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and collaboration
- Experience in private practice is preferred
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of New Jersey
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
