Trade Show Project Manager | Las Vegas, NV
Nexeo is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the trade show industry. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex projects from concept through completion.
In this role, you’ll ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality expectations, while coordinating closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
You will oversee end-to-end project execution—maintaining timelines, budgets, documentation, and quality control. This role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and project planning skills, especially within fast-paced environments like trade shows, live events, or custom exhibit builds.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple trade show or experiential-related projects simultaneously
- Maintain accurate timelines, project plans, budgets, and service order submissions
- Ensure accurate approvals, build details, and setup documentation
- Keep all project documentation updated, organized, and audit-ready
- Monitor scope changes and proactively address issues to prevent delays
- Collaborate with design, production, logistics, and account teams
- Ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards and client expectations
Qualifications
- Trade show exhibits or environments experience
- Event production or activations experience
- Custom fabrication workflow experience
- Experience with show services (drayage, electrical, rigging, I&D, shipping)
- Ability to read shop drawings, floorplans, and production specifications
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities
- Critical and analytical thinking with sound judgment
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Understanding of quality management processes
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
- Excellent planning, organization, and documentation skills
Pay
$82,500 annually
Schedule
Full Time | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday–Friday
