Temporary Mailroom Sorter

Nexeo is currently seeking a Temporary Mailroom Sorter to support daily mailroom operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting incoming mail, scanning and uploading bills into company software, and identifying duplicate bills to ensure accurate recordkeeping and efficient processing. This position is well suited for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Sort incoming mail by type of correspondence

• Scan and upload bills into the company’s software system

• Identify and resolve issues related to duplicate bills

• Ensure accurate, organized recordkeeping

• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in daily mailroom tasks

• Follow established processes, procedures, and instructions

Qualifications

• Computer literate with basic software skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Pay Rate

$12.25 per hour

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MT)
