Tech Support Coordinator | Las Vegas, NV
Nexeo Staffing is actively hiring a Tech Support Coordinator / Service Coordinator for a fast-growing company delivering cutting-edge AI-powered video monitoring, security systems, and remote guarding solutions. This is a great opportunity for candidates with IT support, networking, or help desk experience who want hands-on exposure to security technology, IP-based systems, and real-time troubleshooting in a stable Monday–Friday role.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve tech support tickets and service requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Support customers and technicians via inbound and outbound calls
- Assist with remote troubleshooting and real-time issue resolution
- Configure and program IP-based devices and security equipment
- Provide internal technical support for office systems and users
- Follow up with clients to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction
- Train customers on software platforms and system functionality
Qualifications
- Experience in tech support, IT help desk, service coordination, or troubleshooting roles
- Strong knowledge of LAN networks, IP addressing, routers, or connected devices
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and connectivity issues
- Network certification preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience training or supporting customers is a plus
- Preferred: Experience with security systems, surveillance equipment, or AI-driven tools
Pay
$22.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
