Supply Chain Manager | Ogden, UT
Nexeo HR is partnering with a rapidly growing food and beverage manufacturer to hire a Direct Hire Supply Chain Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, production scheduling, and cross-functional project execution. Responsibilities
- Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align forecasts with production and capacity
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term production plans
- Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Partner cross-functionally to improve forecast accuracy and manage demand variability
- Own and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across multiple lines and SKUs
- Sequence production to reduce downtime, changeovers, and waste
- Monitor daily production performance and adjust schedules as needed
- Collaborate with Plant, Quality, Maintenance, and Procurement teams
- Lead supply chain initiatives such as new product launches, capacity expansions, and process improvements
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals
- Partner with procurement to ensure availability of materials and packaging
- Monitor supplier performance related to quality, service, and lead times
- Identify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Track and report key KPIs (inventory turns, service levels, forecast accuracy, schedule adherence)
- Drive initiatives to reduce cost, waste, and cycle time
- Utilize ERP and planning systems to support operations and reporting
- Maintain accurate master data including BOMs, lead times, and capacity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 2 years of leadership or management experience
- Strong experience in production planning, scheduling, and project management
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Pay
$78,000–$117,000 per year
Schedule
Full Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
