Nexeo HR is hiring an experienced RMA Lead to oversee daily return materials authorization (RMA) operations at a state-of-the-art data center facility near USA Parkway in Sparks, NV. This leadership role is ideal for candidates with experience in reverse logistics, inventory control, or data center operations who are ready to take ownership of team performance, accuracy, and process efficiency.

You’ll manage a small, dynamic team responsible for processing returns, tracking spare parts, and ensuring a smooth flow of materials in support of a high-tech logistics client. Responsibilities

•   Lead daily RMA operations, ensuring all returned materials are processed accurately and efficiently

•   Pick up and transport parts from designated drop zones (team-lift up to 100 lbs when needed)

•   Review and separate items using barcode labels and small-print identifiers to maintain traceability

•   Place orders for packaging materials and monitor supply inventory

•   Track and resolve customer tickets for special requests, international shipments, and material movements

•   Maintain and update accurate documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other required forms

•   Manage workflow assignments and prioritize daily tasks to meet service-level agreements (SLAs)

•   Train, mentor, and guide RMA associates to ensure compliance with SOPs and accuracy standards

•   Collaborate with logistics, inventory, and shipping teams to optimize efficiency

•   Enforce safety procedures and promote a clean, organized work environment

•  Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline RMA and inventory processes

Qualifications

•   2 years of experience in RMA, reverse/returns logistics, inventory management, or data center operations

•   1 year of leadership or team-lead experience preferred

•   Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace

•   Familiarity with SAP, WMS, or other ticketing/inventory management systems

•   Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

•   Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (team-lift required) and stand/walk for extended periods

•   Reliable transportation to Sparks, NV (USA Parkway area)

•   Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screening

•  High school diploma or GED required

Pay

$28.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 6:30am–3:00pm

Overtime may be required on weekdays and Saturdays as needed.
