Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, model, and analyze organizational data

• Prepare statistical reports, summaries, and narrative findings

• Interpret data trends and identify root causes impacting performance

• Develop recommendations to support operational and business improvements

• Design, develop, and maintain databases for tracking and reporting purposes

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and quality control of data systems and reports

• Create and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards

• Support the implementation of measurement systems and reporting processes

• Collaborate remotely with managers and departments to provide analytical support

• Assist with performance improvement initiatives and process optimization

• Perform ad hoc reporting and special projects as assigned

• Maintain documentation related to reporting procedures and data management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field preferred

• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and database management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience interpreting trends and presenting actionable insights

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/database tools

• Ability to organize, manage, and analyze large sets of data accurately

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Experience with performance metrics, dashboards, and process improvement initiatives preferred

Pay

$51.00 – $61.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift

Monday – Friday

8:00am – 5:00pm
