Quality Control Inspector - Manufacturing | Henderson, NV

A rapidly growing manufacturer and supplier of home bedding and textile products is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support daily production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring all pillows meet established quality standards, safety guidelines, and customer specifications. Qualified candidates will have strong attention to detail and experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with quality assurance, QC inspection, or manufacturing experience looking for a stable weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials including fabric, filling, and stitching components to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Monitor manufacturing and production processes to ensure products meet specifications
• Perform in-process and final inspections on finished pillows, including: 
  • Shape and consistency
  • Stitching quality
  • Firmness and filling distribution
  • Cleanliness
  • Labeling and packaging accuracy
• Identify, document, and report defects such as uneven filling, loose threads, improper stitching, or damaged materials
• Maintain accurate quality control records, inspection logs, and reports
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and GMP standards within the manufacturing facility
• Assist with quality audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect product defects
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed
• Repetitive use of hands for inspection, sorting, and handling materials

Pay
 $16.00 per hour

Schedule
 Full Time | Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
