Quality Assurance Technician | Springville, UT

Responsibilities
- Perform routine quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Accurately document inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions in quality logs and systems
- Support production teams by identifying quality issues and escalating concerns promptly to leadership or QA management
- Follow and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and company quality policies
- Conduct basic testing, sampling, and measurements using standard QA tools and equipment
- Assist with investigations related to non-conforming products and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment
- Work flexible and non-traditional hours, including overnight and weekend shifts, to support production needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a nutraceutical, dietary supplement, food, or regulated manufacturing environment required
- Basic understanding of GMPs, quality procedures, and inspection processes
- Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills
- Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
- Comfortable working independently during off-shift hours with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills for documentation, reporting, and data entry
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexible availability to work a rotating, non-traditional schedule including weekends
Pay
$17.00 – $18.00 Per Hour
