In this role, you will assist with building and assembling custom doors while ensuring quality, precision, and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build custom door components according to specifications and production requirements

• Perform finish carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, fitting, and installing hardware

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently

• Inspect materials and completed products to ensure quality standards are met

• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials throughout the facility

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

• Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, woodworking, or finish carpentry preferred

• Ability to confidently use hand tools and power tools

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs on a regular basis

• Basic English communication skills required; reading English is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work overtime as needed based on workload

Pay

$16.00 – $18.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm

(Some overtime as needed)
