Nexeo HR is currently seeking sharp and responsible individuals for a Packaging Worker role. Responsibilities

• Perform packaging duties, including sorting, labeling, sealing, and stacking products according to company guidelines and standards.
• Ensure that all packaged products meet quality standards and adhere to specific packaging requirements, such as proper labeling and correct quantities.
• Maintain a steady pace and work efficiently to meet production targets, following established procedures and guidelines.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Keep the work area clean and organized, minimizing hazards, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• We are seeking individuals who are responsible and reliable, with a strong work ethic and a track record of longevity in previous positions.
• Display meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and quality control.
• Possess physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift and move packages weighing up to a certain limit (specified by the employer).
• Be flexible with scheduling, as the position may require working 4, 10-hour shifts starting at 5:30 am, with a rotating day off each week. Occasionally, the workload may require working 5 days during busy periods.
• Being able to pass a National Background Check (no felonies or misdemeanors in the last 7 years) and a Drug Test.

Pay
 $16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule
 Full Time | Day Shift | 10-hour shifts | 4 days per week
