As an Outside Sales Support Representative, you’ll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly — supporting the Outside Sales team, managing customer orders, and ensuring every client receives a positive experience from order entry to delivery.

Responsibilities

•  Partner with the Outside Sales Representative to manage daily administrative and customer support tasks.

•  Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

•  Coordinate with vendors to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.

•  Schedule and track deliveries, confirming order details with customers.

•  Maintain organized records of orders, communications, and account details.

•  Communicate clearly and professionally with contractors, customers, and internal teams via phone, email, and in person.

•  Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues quickly and professionally.

•  Use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) to manage communication, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications

•  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

•  Strong computer and data entry accuracy.

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•  Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor.

•  Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

•  Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.

•  Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and a customer satisfaction mindset.

Pay

$20.00–$22.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
