Level III Program Manager | Midvale, UT | (Direct Hire)

Nexeo HR is seeking an experienced Level III Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives for a major organization. This role is perfect for a seasoned program leader who excels at coordinating large, cross-functional teams, driving strategic execution, and partnering closely with senior business and IT leadership. You will oversee multiple project managers, align roadmaps with organizational goals, and ensure delivery of high-impact programs that span multiple departments and business units.

Responsibilities

•   Plan, lead, and manage the work of program teams and project managers on enterprise-scale initiatives

•   Collaborate with IT and business units to build solution roadmaps and long-term delivery strategies

•   Oversee end-to-end program delivery, including timeline management, budget oversight, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations

•   Partner with senior business leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio managers to maintain alignment and ensure program success

•   Define program scope, objectives, workstreams, and resource requirements

•   Develop and maintain program schedules, resource plans, and financial documentation

•   Manage program budgets with accountability for cost control, forecasting, and financial accuracy

•   Identify interdependencies across projects and manage risks, issues, and overall performance

•   Analyze results, resolve challenges, and implement corrective actions

•   Serve as the primary point of contact for program deliverables across business and technology teams

•   Prepare and deliver clear, executive-level status updates and risk reports

•  Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications

•   5–7 years of experience in program management or large-scale project leadership

•   Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide, multi-disciplinary teams

•   Strong background in budget ownership, forecasting, and financial accountability

•   Ability to collaborate effectively with executives, IT leadership, and cross-functional project teams

•   Expertise in project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation

•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting

•   Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities

•  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$45.00–$63.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
