Janitorial Warehouse Associate | Henderson, NV

Nexeo Staffing is hiring an experienced Janitorial Warehouse Associate to maintain sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards within a high-volume warehouse environment in Henderson, NV. This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking candidates with proven janitorial experience who understand industrial cleaning standards and can work independently with minimal supervision.

This position is not a fit if:

• You do not have prior janitorial or custodial experience
• Your background is limited to non-professional or residential cleaning
• You are seeking an office or light cleaning role

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum warehouse floors and industrial spaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms in compliance with OSHA and sanitation standards
• Empty and properly dispose of waste and recycling
• Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals and industrial cleaning equipment
• Maintain inventory and proper storage of janitorial supplies
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or facility concerns

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of recent janitorial or custodial experience (warehouse or industrial setting required)
• Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and follow a structured cleaning schedule
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift
• Must pass pre-employment requirements, including: 
• 10-year background check (no misdemeanors or felonies)
• 5-panel drug screening (including THC)

Pay:

 $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full Time | Mon–Thurs | 4:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Full Time | Mon–Thurs | 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM
