Invoice Processing Specialist | Ogden, UT

Nexeo is seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Processing Specialist to join our team on a temporary contract basis from October 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. This position is responsible for reviewing, understanding, and accurately processing invoices from logistics carriers. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, experience working with invoices, and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices received from logistics and transportation carriers.
• Read, interpret, and verify invoice information for accuracy.
• Enter invoice data into company systems with a high degree of accuracy using a 10-key keypad.
• Ensure all invoices are coded and processed according to company procedures.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between invoices and supporting documentation.
• Maintain organized records of processed invoices and related documents.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address invoice questions and payment issues.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience processing invoices, accounts payable, billing, or data entry.
• Proficiency with 10-key data entry and strong typing skills.
• Ability to read and understand invoices and financial documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must successfully pass a drug screening.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality throughout the contract period.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial information.

Pay

$22.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00am-4:00pm
